We highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency for convenience throughout the weekend. This is where the Welcome Drinks are and where shuttles will depart for the reception.
White Plains Airport (HPN) is the closest by far. Otherwise, Laguardia (LGA) is the closest of the NYC airports.
The Stamford station is less than 2 miles from the Hyatt Regency hotel block. Both Amtrak and Metro North stop at Stamford.
Friday Welcome Party: Garden Cocktail
Wedding Day: Black Tie - please wear floor length gowns and tuxedos! Colorful gowns are welcome and encouraged.
The welcome party and reception are adults only. Children are welcome to attend the ceremony.
Yes, complimentary parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Valet service will also be available at the reception.
Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Regency to St. Paul's for the ceremony, from St. Paul's back to Hyatt Regency after the ceremony, from the Hyatt Regency to Westchester Country Club for the reception, and then back to Hyatt Regency at the end of the night. Buses leave the Hyatt parking lot at 12:45 PM for the church and at 4:00 PM for cocktail hour. Buses will run continuously at the end of the night back to the Hyatt.
The ceremony will be held indoors at the church. The cocktail hour and reception will both be based indoors with access to outdoor terraces, weather permitting.
Yes! Welcome bags will be set out for you in a room near Hyatt's front desk - ask the front desk if you need help finding it! For guests not staying at the Hyatt, welcome bags will also be available to pick up at the Welcome Drinks.
There will be very light bites available - please eat dinner beforehand!
